POLICY

CANCELLATION

We request 24 hour notice for all canceled appointments. For a party of 1 or 2, the following fees apply depending on how much notice you give. Less than 4 hours notice is 50% of the price of your booked services. Less than 1 hour notice is 75%. If you no-show or cancel at or after the time of your appointment, 100%.

If you booked a group of 3 or more, less than 24 hours is 50%, less than 4 is 75%, no-show or at the time of service is 100%.

If we cancel your appointment with less than 4 hours notice and do not offer a replacement therapist, you will receive 30 minutes free.

TARDY ARRIVAL

A set time is reserved for each client. If you arrive late, the time spent on your massage may have to be reduced. You will be charged the full price of your appointment even if it must be shortened due to your tardiness.

STOPPING THE SESSION - INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR

This is an ethical, licensed establishment. No sexually inappropriate behavior is permitted (examples include exposing yourself, touching the therapist, or sexual comments or innuendos). Any client who behaves inappropriately will have his/her session terminated and will be charged the fee for the scheduled time regardless of amount of time actually spent on the massage. Our therapists are licensed professionals and do not deserve to be treated like prostitutes. It is our policy to encourage them to file complaints with the police for any solicitation, exposure, or battery.

FORM OF PAYMENT

We accept cash, local check with ID with matching address, credit card, or gift certificate.

PAYING AT SERVICE - CARD NOT PRESENT FEE

If you pay for your service using the card on file instead of swiping your card, you will be charged $2 as a card not present fee. Please bring your card.

DISHONORED CHECK FEE

A $35 fee will be imposed for any dishonored check.

MINORS

A parent or guardian must be in attendance for the duration of the massage for a minor child.

PRIVACY

Client information is confidential and will not be shared unless the client requests it in writing or we are legally compelled.

DRAPING

Clients will remain draped during the entire massage. Only the portion of the body being worked on will be undraped at any time.

ILLNESS

Please be curteous and reschedule appointments if you are sick. Any late cancellation fee may be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates purchased from Stellar Massage do not expire.

MASSAGE CLUB

No contract:
Your 30/60/90 minute massage actually lasts 30/60/90 minutes.
Your entire household can share your membership.
You can buy more massages at the same price, or upgrade to another service at the reduced member price. I'm sorry, upgrades and additional massages cannot be paid for on-line.
You can book on-line by clicking the "BOOK NOW" button on the left navigation bar, so you know that there is no preference shown to people who are potential new contracts or non-club members.
There is no fee for the use of heat packs, they are offered free when appropriate or requested and will not interfere with the massage.
You can bank unused massages. Banked massages are good for 3 years..
